What we are currently working on
PDF reports for insurance
Damaged tire or rim from a pothole? The app will soon allow you to generate a precise PDF report with GPS location, time, and road conditions in one click. A bulletproof document for fast insurance claims.
360° accident warnings
Get a head start in critical situations like blizzards or mass pile-ups. The new system will actively warn you of danger within a 1-kilometer radius in all directions, regardless of your planned route.
Apple (iOS) App
We are expanding our community. We are working hard on a native iPhone app and Apple CarPlay integration, so everyone can join in mapping and using safer roads.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does Road Health detect potholes?
We use the built-in accelerometer in your phone. Our algorithms can distinguish between normal vehicle acceleration and a harsh wheel impact into a pothole.
Is the app free?
Yes, the basic version for mapping and warnings will be free for regular drivers. We are a community project helping each other.
Will it drain my data and battery?
The app is optimized. It evaluates shocks directly on the phone and sends only small text packets (a few kilobytes per drive) to the server.
When will the app be available?
Closed development is currently underway. If you join the testers, we will notify you as soon as we launch the first public version.
